In another attempt to get some paddling in during the week, Barry and I decided to put-in at 100 Acre Cove
which located in Barrington, RI on a river that leads into Narraganset Bay after passing the towns of Warren
and Bristol. It was a heavy overcast day so we didn’t have high expectations. When reached the northern
end of Bristol and rounded Rumstick Point, the line of clouds ended and the bright setting sun lit up the bay
making for a nice evening paddle. Unfortunately the days were already getting shorter, so we ended up
retuning to 100 Acre Cove in the dark.
